They are the same pillars that define Coaches Rep, the boutique firm providing white-glove service to the world’s top football coaches since 2019 and inspiring the creation of Leading ADs six years later. 

Recognizing the synergy between advocating for coaches and administrators, Thayer Evans and Dr. Sandra Herrera started Leading ADs to provide elite representation to an underserved clientele.
